Kerro's Crusade Day Journal

Day 11, October 22
Nannup to partway Bridgetown

Team meeting after breakfast and announcements of yesterday’s awards.

Kerro’s Medal of Courage:  Alan Morrison for all his time and effort in organizing events and running errands – even despite contracting severe hives (requiring a hospital visit).

Downlow Award:  Naomi – our current massage therapist who can’t remember where she leaves half her gear.

Judgey led our morning march up cardiac hill – a calf screaming, butt burning, heart racing, breathtaking climb over 5 kms.

That was the first hill ….

We covered over 30 kms of similar but breathtakingly beautiful countryside pausing on part of the Bibbulum Track for lunch.

After recovery in the river we enjoyed a rare evening off.

Several of ou group enjoyed a wonderful meal at Bygone Days, a local restaurant owned by Libby’s nephew, Brett
